Raphael has a proven record of delivering critical infrastructure while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. His expertise includes sustainability, energy transition, and asset integrity management, making him a trusted advisor on Nigeria’s evolving energy landscape and the shift to cleaner, resilient energy systems.

A seasoned Mechanical Engineer with 25+ years of experience leading complex projects in mechanical and civil engineering. Expertise spans oil & gas operations, pipeline fabrication, deep water well completion, and bio-digester systems. Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget through strong leadership, technical precision, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in modern construction methodologies, instrumentation, and environmental engineering solutions. Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams with minimal supervision.
